 BEFORE Completing the application, make sure you meet all the requirements:

 1) You are a Minority applicant (Black, Asian, Latino, Native American, Middle Eastern, Indian, etc.)
 2) Have a 4-year B.A. or B.S Degree in ANY field
 3) You have been out of college for at least one year or more
 4) You have looked for work as a TV news reporter prior to applying
 5) You are willing to relocate to a small market
 6) You are able to start work between May-December 2010
 7) You are able to work for a low wage ($8.50-11.50 hr)
 8) You have not held a position as a paid reporter before
 9) You have a valid driver's license
 10) You are a US Citizen
